We explore this together during your evaluation. Medication can often lower the “noise” of symptoms like anxiety or exhaustion, making it easier for you to engage with life and your coping tools.

It means we do not just talk about side effects. We spend time discussing your daily stressors, processing your emotions, and building practical skills to help you navigate your mental health between appointments.

Not necessarily. Every journey is unique. Our goal is to find stability first; for some, medication is a temporary bridge, while for others, it is a long-term foundation for wellness.

Yes. Modern technology allows us to build a strong, personal connection from a space where you feel most safe. This comfort often leads to more honest and relaxed conversations.

Honesty is vital. If a treatment causes discomfort or doesn’t meet your goals, we listen and adjust. We work as partners to find the right fit for your body.

Standard care often focuses only on symptoms. We look at your sleep, nutrition, stress levels, and lifestyle because these biological and environmental factors are deeply connected to how you feel emotionally.

Your safety is a priority. We use secure, medical-grade platforms that meet strict privacy standards to ensure our conversations remain confidential and protected at all times.

Absolutely. We value collaboration and are happy to coordinate with your current therapist to ensure your medication and therapy goals are working in harmony.

You are the expert on your own life. We provide the clinical expertise and options, but the final decisions about your health are always made together as a team.

Insurance & Payment

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.
However, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.

You may also use HSA/FSA funds for services.

If you have questions about reimbursement or payment, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help you navigate your options.
